On the eve of one of the most important public holidays of the country is the Constitution Day of the Republic of Belarus, an open dialogue "The Constitution of the Republic of Belarus is the main guarantor of the country's prosperity" was held at the university. The event was attended by first-year students, experts, staff and invited guests.
Within the framework of the Foreign Languages Week, our university has become a center of scientific, creative events and training workshops. Among those who immersed oneself in the atmosphere of the bright student life of the Faculty of Philology were students of the State Educational Institution "Secondary School No. 13 of Mozyr" Teslyuk Irina, Golovachenko Alina and Artyushko Daria. At the invitation of Taletskaya T.N., Candidate of Philological Sciences, Associate Professor of the Department of Foreign Languages and Methods of Teaching Foreign Languages, they attended practical classes.
For the purpose of military-patriotic education of students, aimed at the formation of patriotic self-consciousness among young people, a sense of loyalty to their Fatherland, readiness to fulfill their civic duty to protect the interests of the Motherland, members of the military-patriotic club "Rubezh" of the educational establishment "Mozyr State Pedagogical University named after I.P. Shamyakin" visited military unit No. 5525.
Students of the Faculty of Philology majoring in "Foreign Language (English, German)" and "Foreign Language (German, English)" held a career guidance campaign with 11th grade students at the State Educational Institution "Secondary School No. 12".
During the event, students not only spoke about the history of the university and the Faculty of Philology, but also presented specialties and prospects for studying at Mozyr State Pedagogical University named after I.P.Shamyakin University. Schoolchildren actively asked questions, were interested in the conditions of the admission campaign, student life and opportunities for scientific and creative realization.
Within the framework of the week for the prevention of drug addiction in the educational establishment "Mozyr State Pedagogical University named after I.P. Shamyakin", specialists of the socio-pedagogical and psychological service of the university together with the Mozyr Zonal Center for Hygiene and Epidemiology within the framework of the project "My lifestyle today - my health and success tomorrow!" On March 5, 2024, an interactive platform "We are against drugs!" was held.
