CAREER FAIR WAS HELD AT PHILOLOGY FACULTY

On January 14, 2023 Career fair was held at the premises of the educational establishment “Mozyr State Polytechnical College”. MSPU members presented such study programs as “Historical education”, “Modern foreign languages (English, German)”, “Philological education (Russian and Russian Literature. Foreign Language (English)”. 11 th form students from Secondary School № 7, №11, №13, №15 and Kozenky Secondary School joined MSPU career guidance program “Philology Faculty is our choice”.

DMITRY ALEYNIKOV VISITED MSPU NAMED AFTER I.P.SHAMYAKIN

On January 18, 2023 Dmitry Aleynikov, Deputy Chairman of Gomel Regional Executive Committee, visited MSPU named after I.P.Shamyakin and talked to the teachers and students. Dmitry Aleynikov attended the exhibition at the Ethnographic museum of the Polessye region where he was informed about the milestones of the University. At the meeting Dmitry Aleynikov spoke about the University administration and the tasks they had to implement at the current moment. Much attention was paid to the teaching staff who would start their career at the educational establishments in Gomel Region and moral fibre of modern students. Felix Galyuck, Deputy Chairman of Mozyr District Executive Committee, accompanied Dmitry Aleynikov and participated in the meeting as well.

At the end of the meeting Dmitry Aleynikov pointed out that MSPU named after I.P.Shamyakin trained highly qualified teaching staff who would start their career in the Polessye region; the education attainment met the requirements of modern educational realias.

XII INTERNATIONAL RESEARCH TO PRACTICE CONFERENCE “KINDERGARTEN - PRIMARY SCHOOL: EXPERIENCE, SUCCESSION, PERSPECTIVES”

XII International research to practice conference “Kindergarten-primary school: experience, succession, perspectives” was held at the Faculty of Preschool and Elementary Education on November 24-25, 2022.

The representatives of more than 120 universities took part in the conference i.e. “Orenburg State Pedagogical University”, “Magnitogorsk State Technical University”. The main agenda of the conference was to analyze the states and perspective directions of preschool and elementary education, development of research and methodology supply of education and upbringing within the inclusive educational environment, formation of professional competencies while training the specialists under the conditions of sociocultural and digital transformation of the modern society.

MEETING “WE HAVE BECOME VOLUNTEERS”

MSPU students met the representatives of Mozyr Red Cross Organization on November 09, 2022. Svetlana Matveeva, Head of Educational Affairs Department, opened the meeting and spoke about the volunteer affairs held at the premises of the University. Some honorary guests were invited to the meeting to share their experience with the students i.e. E.N.Marinenko, Chairman of Mozyr Local Branch of Red Cross Organization, A.V.Bakushkina, Volunteer of search-and-rescue team “SIMURAN”, Kozlova L.N., assistant epidemiologist of Mozyr Hygienic and Epidemiological Center. The guests spoke about the directions and peculiarities of their job, the way they decided to become volunteers and future projects.

TOBACCO PREVENTIVE CAMPAIGN

Tobacco preventive campaign was being held at the premises of MSPU named after I.P.Shamyakin on November 14-19, 2022. The main objective was to prevent the students from smoking tobacco, because it was a harmful addiction. A wide range of activities were held within the preventive campaign i.e. social campaigns “We don’t smoke and we hope you don’t smoke as well!”, “My life style today is my health tomorrow!”, “We are against Smoking”, “It’s cool to be healthy!”. All the students were deeply impressed by the activities and participated in the affairs with great enthusiasm.
