Master’s programme (2nd Grade of Higher Education) is an academic grade involved in the system of two-stage Higher Education in the Republic of Belarus.
Master's degree students are those who possess fundamental scientific knowledge and skills; they conduct various scientific - and - research and academic activities.
Any person, who graduated from the University no matter when and has got a Diploma of Higher Education, has got a right to start his Master's studies at MSPU named after I.P.Shamyakin.
