Victory Day is a holiday written in golden words in the history of life. The Rector of the University and the guests of the concert congratulated everyone on this great holiday, the memory of which is reverently and carefully passed from generation to generation. The concert programme included famous songs of the war years, which in the most difficult times helped and supported soldiers on the battlefield and gave hope to all those who worked on the home front. The audience, recognising familiar motifs, sang along to the beat.
Every year on these May days we remember the formidable years of war, honour the memory of the fallen and living heroes. Our main task is to surround our veterans with attention and care, to preserve and pass on the memory to the younger generation. For this purpose the activists of the University Student Council organised thematic interactive platforms. Guests and students participated in the work of the platforms with great interest.
We congratulate everyone on Victory Day and wish a bright life without hostility and wars, understanding, friendly relations and mutual love between peoples! May the peace given to us by the veterans be appreciated!
