 Arm wrestling competition for teachers was held at the premises of MSPU named after I.P.Shamyakin. Let us congratulate the team of Philology Faculty who won the first prize and the team of Physical Education Faculty who won the second prize.

In accordance with the results of the individual championships we are happy to congratulate V. Metlushko and V. Doyniak who won in the men’s categoty; and Yu. Blotskaya, L. Tsalko, L. Prohorenko who won in the women’s category.

ACTIVITIES FOR FOREIGN STUDENTS ON HOLIDAYS

photo It is important for the administration of the University to take care of the international students of MSPU. In this vein a wide range of activities are usually held.

On January 28, 2020 a student contest “Whose room is the cleanest?” was held at the premises of MSPU Student Dormitory No.2.

On February 03, 2020 Checks tournament was held. MSPU foreign students from Physics and Engineering Department and Technology and Biology Department.

STATE CAMPAIGN “SAFETY LIFE”

photo As part of the State Campaign "Safery life" MSPU students met Sergey Nakonechny, Inspector General for Propaganda and Cooperation (Mozyr department for civil defense and emergency situations). Mr Inspector General and MSPU students played a logical game on security matters. Much attention was paid to the reasons and circumstances of fire. All the students were delighted to participate in the game.

MAGIC CHRISTMAS

 Shortly before the Christmas MSPU students from Preschool and Elementary Education Department arranged a festive campaign for the children from Mozyr orphanage with the aim to support them, spend time together and enjoy Christmas! Hereupon a festive campaign was held at the premises of MSPU named after I.P.Shamyakin for the children of MSPU staff members. The performance was bright and entertaining!

VIENNESE BALL

photo On December 28, 2019 360 Belarusian students participated in the Viennese ball held at the premises of the Palace of Independence. Alexander Lukashenko, President of the Republic of Belarus, Sergey Rumas, Head of the Parliament, Natalia Kochanova, Head of the Chairpersonship of the Council, Igor Sergeenko, Head of the Administration of the President, took part in this fest as well.

2 students from Mozyr State Pedagogical University named after I.P.Shamyakin participated in the ball: Yulia Kudlach (Philology Department), Andrey Lyashuck (Physics and Engineering Department). More than 187 pairs were dancing and enjoying the atmosphere of the Viennese ball!
