Olga Znovets and Elena Nesterchuck, the graduates of the Faculty of Preschool and Elementary Education, MSPU named after I.P.Shamyakin, participated in the XXVI State Research Contest for Students. The ladies won the prizes and were awarded with the victory certificates prepared by the specialized fund of the President of the Republic of Belarus who is mainly focused on the support of the gifted students. University and Faculty administration express their deepest gratitude to the students and their scientific advisors (Alexey Solokhov and Nadezhda Tsyrulik).

UNIFIED STATE INFORMATION AND EDUCATION RESOURCE AND SPECIAL ASPECTS OF USE

Olga Blazhko, Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs, Gomel Regional Institute for the Development of Education, met MSPU teachers and students and lectured about the unified state information and education resource as a new component of study and methodology supply in the educational process. Olga Blazhko presented the e-resourse eior.by and showed its capacity. The e-recourse was opened on January 01, 2021 because of COVID when lots of school children had no possibility to attend the school in a regular way. The aim of the recourse was to provide online consultations to the pupils. The best teachers prepared the educational videos and materials for the pupils who studied in Form 1 – Form 11. The material which was uploaded to the web-site was developed for all the school subjects. The study materials were accredited by the local and regional governmental bodies.
Olga Blazhko said that this web-site was useful for various categories of people: pupils, parents, future teachers.

THE MEMORY OF THE GENERATIONS WILL NEVER DIE

MSPU Administration, the teachers and the students took part in the festive events devoted to the Victory Day held in Mozyr on May 09, 2021. This year the festive campaign was called “The memory of the generations will never die”. There are 35 veterans of the Great Patriotic War in Mozyr district. Younger generations always express their gratitude to the heroes who died to rescue their Motherland. This act of bravery will always live in our hearts!

Track and field race was held in Mozyr on May 08, 2021. The representatives of the educational establishments participated in this event. University and faculty administration congratulate Igor Doinyak and Vitaly Doinyak who participated and won the competition!

OPEN DIALOGUE “35 YEARS LATER AFTER THE NUCLEAR DISASTER”

Chernolbyl disaster will be always treated as a meaningful event for the Belarusians. Annually the representatives of Mozyr State Pedagogical University named after I.P.Shamyakin arrange memorable events. Regional Forum “35 years later after the nuclear disaster” was held in 2021. Outstanding speakers were invited to deliver their speeches devoted to this vital topic. Among the speakers the following authorities were presented i.e. Valery Naunyka, Rector of MSPU named after I.P.Shamyakin, Galina Kudina, Chairman of Mozyr District Executive Committee, Dmitry Miller, Deputy Chairman of Mozyr District Executive Committee.

The liquidating agents were invited to the forum as well. Among them there were Alexey Gud, Nikolay Trots, Nikolay Homets, Nikolay Baloban. The liquidating agents told about the evacuation from the contaminated zone and the sorrows the people from Gomel region had had.
