On February 14-15, 2017 MSPU named after I.P.Shamyakin delegation chaired by the Rector Valentiv Valetov participated in Higher Educational Establishments Scientific Achievement Exhibition. The exhibition was held within the framework of The Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus Collegium. The newest IT projects, modern learning and teaching complexes, e-academic modules, science and research developments and technology projects were presented there.

On February 10-11, 2017 Belarus Track and Field Cup was held in the riding hall at Belarusian State University of Physical Culture.
More than 200 sportsmen participated in this contest. Gomel region team took the 3rd prize.
GETTING ACQUAINTED WITH ECOLOGY HERITAGE

On February 08, 2017 MSPU students from Turkmenistan and MSPU attendees from Pakistan visited Ecology and Culture Center in Mozyr. The guests got acquainted with the XIX – XX cent. village life-style, Belarusian historical heritage (plenishing, pots), dolls created by local craftsmen and pictures made of sea-shells and birchbark.
MSPU students were extremely amazed by the exposition “We were born in the USSR” where various attributes of that time were presented.

On February 09, 2017 the leading scientists of Belarus met “Belaya Rus’” active members at the premises of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Belarus. The main aim of the event was to demonstrate significant achievements of young Belarusian scientists.
MSPU delegation was represented by those students whose academic obtainments were the highest ones: Yana Klimovich, Tatsiana Lugovskaya, Vladislav Mitsura, Yulia Usova, Anna Shishova; group supervisor – Irina Karpovich, Head teacher, Chair of Practical Psychology and Defectology.
