Regional student talent fest “Winter Rainbow” is known as a visiting card of Gomel Studentship. This fest helps to form team spirit of freshmen, ignite the respect to the University they study at, unite gifted and creative students.
On December 15-16, 2016 State Contest “Student of the year” was held at the premises of Baranovichi State University in which Public State Student Council Session was taken place. Victoria Korzun, Chairman of MSPU Student Self-Administration Council, represented our university.
On December 15, 2016 Alexander Lukashenko, President of the Republic of Belarus, appointed Igor Karpenko to the position of the Minister of Education.
On December 12, 2016 Regional Contest “SKETCH TOUR” as a part of XXVI State Fashion and Style Fest-Contest “Fashion Mill – 2017” was held in Gomel.
Within the framework of International Academic Mobility Project implementing at the premises of MSPU named after I.P.Shamyakin Tatsiana Bashkireva, Doctor of Biological Sciences, Professor, Deputy Director for Science and International Cooperation, Ryazan State University named for S. Yesenin, Chair of General Psychology and Social Work, was invited to our University with the objective to lecture and conduct seminars. MSPU students attended a special academic course devoted to long-term investigations in the sphere of Psychognosis and modern trends in gifted students training.
