Annually World AIDS Day is commemorated on the first of December. The status of this day is high because all the people from all over the world express solidarity at struggle with AIDS and HIV. MSPU students and members of working staff participated in “Health-Marathon” prepared by Non-Governmental Organisation “Belarusian Youth Union”, Health Establishment “Mozyr Regional Hygienic and Epidemiological Center” and members of MSPU Student Sector. Each participant got a possibility to take information leaflets, participate in the quiz, fill in the application form and take a symbol of World AIDS Day – a red ribbon.

STUDENT SELF GOVERNMENT AT TECHNOLOGY AND BIOLOGY DEPARTMENT

On November 17, 2017 the day of student self-government was held at Technology and Biology Department. Students got a lucky chance to become members of teaching stuff, deputy deans and even the dean of the department.

On November 23, 2017 Tatsiana Tatarinova (Chair of Belarusian and Russian Philology) arranged a project “Let’s read Pushkin’s novel “Eugene Onegin” under the linguistic microscope”. 3^rd year students majoring in “The Russian language and literature” participated in the project. Unique atmosphere fulfilled the lessons with charming feelings and the students got a lucky chance to enjoy the atmosphere of the 19^th century known as an epoch of Great Classical Russian Culture.
