On September 03, 2017 MSPU International students from Turkmenistan celebrated their national holiday - Kurban Bayram. Dishes from all sorts of food are usually served during this holy period. Within 3 days it is important for Muslim families to try offering’s meat and please the guests with roasted mutton ribs, soup made from mutton head and legs, rice, beans and vegetables.
On September 01, 2017 Mozyr State Pedagogical University flung open its doors to the new generation of students.
Valentin Valetov, Rector of the University, Doctor of Biological Sciences, Professor, Honoured worker of Education on the Republic of Belarus, opened the ceremony. He congratulated the teaching staff and all the students on the beginning of Academic Year 2017-2018 and requested everybody to participate in research, sport, social projects.

On May 31, 2017 3rd and 5th year MSPU students who major in “History and Social Studies”, “History. Social and Political Sciences” participated in the webinar devoted to the topic “Crisis of Industrial Civilization in Modern World; scientific supervisors – Tatsiana Symanovich and Ludmila Gavrilovets, Chair of History and History Teaching Methodology.
