SONGS OF THE GREAT WAR

On May 03, 2018 festival of patriotic songs was held at the premises of Educational establishment “Belarusian State University of Transport”. Foreign students who study in Belarus joined together to perform songs, dances, poetry which were popular in war-time because they were so much enthusiastic and helped the students to survive.

Annagul Artykova and Istam Oraev, MSPU students, presented the songs “Tal’yanochka” and “Katysha”.

Victory Day is a fest that unites the generations, fulfills the hearts with the memories of those days.

INTERNATIONAL ACADEMIC CONTEST IN PEDAGOGICS

On April 19, 2018 a final stage of the international academic contest in Pedagogics was held at the premises of BSPU named after Maxim Tank. MSPU team was represented by PhD students Elena Dubovets, Irina Karpovich, Sergey Smiaglikov.

Professor Anna Torohova, Doctor of Pedagogics, opened the ceremony, welcomed the participants and paid the attention of all the people to great value of science and research activities, project and innovation activity in the Republic of Belarus.

MSPU team presented the results of research activity and gave a brief summary on teachers’ training techniques in Gomel region, volunteer affairs, social and family-oriented projects, topical issues of modern multi-cultural environment.

PLAN YOUR FUTURE

On April 19, 2018 workshop “Plan your future” was conducted at the premises of Center for Ideology, MSPU named after I.P.Shamyakin. The workshop was conducted within the scope of implementation of State Programme for Small and Large Business Development for 2016 – 2020. The main objective of the workshop was to enhance the knowledge of students on fundamentals of business activites in the Republic of Belarus.

Vitaly Korobko, JSC “Business center”, a layer, lectured on “How to start and do business in Belarus”. Marina Zhuck, Ministry of Taxes and Assessments in the Republic of Belarus, Deputy Head of Tax Inspection in Mozyr, lectured on “Fundamentals of Business”.

KHATYN IS A SACRED OBJECT OF NATIONAL CONSCIOUSNESS

On April 10, 2018 science to research seminar “Khatyn is a sacred object of national consciousness” was conducted at the premises of Philology Department. The seminar was devoted to the 75^th anniversary of the tragedy. The main objective was to develop civic consciousness and community spirit of younger generations.

Bachelor degree students, master’s degree students, members of academic staff participated in the seminar. A. Artyushko lectured on “Khatyn and her sisters. Tragedy and memory”. P. Zhuck lectured on “Memorial complex “Khatyn”: story behind””. I.Petrushenko lectured on “Loose ash of the history: recolloections of the witness”. O.Stoma lectured on “Retribution operations fulfilled by Wehrmacht: sequences”.
