On April 02, 1016Philology Department met pupils from Mozyr, Mozyr district, Kalinkovichi Secondary Schools. Guests got a great possibility to get acquainted with the history and perspectives of Philology Department and the leading members of academic staff. Pupils and their teachers attended numerous lectures-presentations, seminars, master-classes, art-projects and quizzes.
On April 02, 1997 Belarus and Russia signed the Agreement of Unity. The main objective were proclaimed as followed: enhancement of social standards of living, development of social networking, friendship and mutual cooperation between the countries in political, economic and social fields.
On March 24, 2016 Grace and stagecraft contest “Queen the spring - 2016” was held at the premises of Center of Culture in Gomel. 9 talented female students represented various Gomel Region Higher educational establishments and competed for the queen title. The participants had to show how clever, artistic, graceful and easy-going they were.
On March 25, 2016 Research and methodology seminar-workshop “Professional competency development of Physics teachers in preparation for centralized testing” was held at the premises of General Physics and Teaching Methodology Chair; teachers of Physics and Astronomy from Mozyr and Mozyr district were invited.
On March 24, 2016 Universitywide contest among student teams of agitators “Young people chose healthy living!” was held at the premises of MSPU named after I.P.Shamyakin. 5 student teams of agitators prepared bright performances; students showed how pernicious habits ruined people’s lives and how great to be independent of them. Summarizing the results representatives of Physical Education Department “Hot hearts” won the third prize, representatives of Philology Department “Healthy generation” won the second prize and representatives of Technology and Biology Department “It’s great to live!” won the first prize.
