«PUPILS AND TODAY’S ECOLOGICAL PROBLEMS»

On November 09, 2017 Pupils from Mozyr Secondary Schools participated in Pupils’ Research Papers Contest “Pupils and Today’s Ecological Problems” was held at the premises of Technology and Biology Department.

Irina Turbal, Head of Ecology and Biology Department, Mozyr Children Center for Art, welcomed the participants to start the contest.

In the course of Science to Research Conference the reports of pupils from Mozyr and Mozyr district devoted to various and topical issues in Bioecology, Chemistry and Biology were presented.

On November 13, 2017 Diana Mishura, MSPU student, Preschool and Elementary Education Department, conducted a workshop for 8^th form pupils “How to prevent children from “ills of society”” as part of the project “The way how I live today is my healthy life tomorrow” at the premises of Secondary School No.14.

We can say that there is a great problem observed in the youth environment today. The number of drug-addicted, alcohol-addicted, computer games – addicted children is increasing. Teenagers don’t want to differ from one another and start drinking, smoking and trying toxic substances, sometimes they may commit crimes.

INTERNSHIP AT THE PREMISES OF FSBI FEDERAL SCIENCE CENTER FOR PHYSICAL CULTURE AND SPORT

In October 2017, Vladimir Klinov, PhD in Pedagogics, Associate Professor, Chair of Theory and Methodology of Physical Education, undertook an internship at the premises of FSBI Federal Science Center for Physical Culture and Sport, Chair of Theory and Methodology of Sport Training, Recreational and Sport Medicine.

In the course of the internship Mr Klinov participated in the vebinar “Fundamentals of Theory and Methodology of Physical Culture and Sport”, in the discussion with Professor Shirkovets and Professor Shustin to the point “Peculiarities of training of top-qualification staff members in Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus”. With the aim to enhance student manual “Theory and Methodology of Sport Training” Mr Klinov worked in the library funds of FSBI.

5TH INTERNATIONAL SCIENCE TO RESEARCH CONFERENCE “TOPICAL ISSUES OF TECHNOLOGY EDUCATION: SCHOOL, COLLEGE, UNIVERSITY”

On Novermber 03, 2017 V International Science to Research Conference “Topical Issues of Technology Education: School, College, University” was held at the premises of MSPU named after I.P.Shamyakin; chief organizer - Chair of Technological Education.

More than 200 people (12 Doctors of Sciences, 85 PhDs, teachers-practicians, MA and PhD students) from more than 30 cities participated in the conference; more than 130 scientific articles were submitted.

On October 24, 2017 MSPU administration and students met Vladimir Shantarovich, Honored Coach of BSSR, Head Coach of the National Team for Rowing and Canoeing, Honored Citizen of Mozyr, Associate Professor, Legend of Belarusian Rowing and Canoeing.
