NON-OLYMPIC SPORTS: KARATE CONTEST

On April 23, 2016 final stage of Non-olympic sports competition among universities of The Republic of Belarus was held at the premises of Sport Center “Universitetsky”, Belarusian State University. 140 sportsmen from 19 universities took part in the contest. Maria Barabanova, 3^rd year student, Physics and Engineering Department, Nikolay Ilyuk, 1^st year student, Physical Education Department, represented MSPU named after I.P.Shamyakin.

On April 21, 2016 XXIII State Student Research and Practice Conference “From Idea to Innovation” was held at MSPU named after I.P.Shamyakin. 2 sections “Ecology, Biology, Chemistry, Environmental Protection: Science and Education” and “Vocational training: engineering and pedagogical training, technological training, ecological training, artistic training” were organized. Representatives from Yanka Kupala State University of Grodno, Mozyr State Medical College, Mozyr State Engineering College, MSPU named after I.P.Shamyakin took part in the conference.

On April 18, 2016 integrated lesson on “Mysteries of ordinary water” was held at the premises of Technology and Biology Department within the framework of XXIII State Student Research and Practice Conference “From Idea to Innovation”; chief organizer – L. Starshikova, Candidate of Biological Sciences, Docent. The main objective of the lesson was to describe the quality of water while using various scientific views.

On April 20, 2016 in the course of XXIII State Student Research and Practice Conference “From Idea to Innovation” research and methodology workshop “First steps to science” was held at the premises of Chair of German and German Teaching Methodology; chief organizer – Tatsiana Taletskaya, Deputy Dean for Research. Foreign language teachers who carried out linguistic research became the focus group.

Tatsiana Taletskaya, Candidate of Philological Sciences, Docent, and Nadezhda Fedorova, Candidate of Philological Sciences, Docent, reported on specific character of research carrying, peculiarities of successful cooperation with pupils who were result-oriented.
