On March 29, 2017 A non-standard lesson in honour of Literature Epoch of the 1950s - 1960s was held at the premises of Philology Department. This period of the development of Russian Literature is always regarded as an important one because that poetry depicted the soul of the nation, its joys and sorrows.
On March 20, 2017 Literary fest in honour of a talented Russian writer Valentin Rasputin was held at the premises of Philology Department. Morality issues, relation between people were in the focus of artistic world of the writer.
On March 24, 2017 Students from Physical Education Department visited apprentices from Mozyr Invalid Center which is located at the Territory Center of Social Services.
On March 23, 2017 Galina Pavlenok, People’s Artist of the Republic of Belarus, visited MSPU named after I.P.Shamyakin and gave a concert.
Galina Pavlenok is an art director of Gomel Region Philharmonic Hall, Chairman of Gomel Region Organization “Belarusian Union of Musical Figures”. At the concert Mrs Pavlenok presented old and unique Russian romantic songs.
On March 17, 2017 Students of MSPU named after I.P.Shamyakin participated in the international youth fest of social advertising “Light of Goodwill” held at the premises of Francisk Skorina Gomel State University.
