STUDENTS’ PRACTICAL TRAINING AT TECHNOLOGY AND BIOLOGY DEPARTMENT

On January 14 – March 10, 2019 the 4^th year students from Technology and Biology Department did a practical training at the premises of Secondary School No.9 in Mozyr. While the practical training was being held the students evaluated the level of their readiness to independent work at school, essence of teaching profession, new experience, creativity in teaching.

Practical training is a part of an educational process and it is known as an important part professional growth. To get more experience and competence in the profession MSPU students got in close cooperation with the teachers from School 15 and were open for any types of activities.

MAXIM GURKO IS MR.UNIVERSITY–2019

On March 21, 2019 universitywide contest “Mr. University 2019” was held at the premises of MSPU named after I.P.Shamyakin. The main objective of the contest was to show a special culture, physical perfection, creative skills. There were 4 parts in the competition where the participants showed how creative they were.

It is a great honor to say that Maxim Gurko was conferred the title “Mr. University–2019”. Maxim is a student of Technology and Biology Department. He got on the jury's good side by great goals he had in life, deep love for Motherland (Brest) and awesome acrobatic artistry. After the awarding ceremony Maxim said that it took him a month to get ready for the competition. He felt happy about the victory, but that victory would be impossible without great support he was provided by his group-mates (Tatsiana Pohyla, Sasha Karpovets, Denis Strasenko, Taya Bibko, Ksenia Dvorak, Vlad Nevodnichenko, Oleg Karpach).

PROFESSIONAL CULTURE OF A MODERN TEACHER: THEORY TO PRACTICE

On March 21, 2019 Round-table discussion “Professional culture of a modern teacher: theory and practice” was held at the premises of MSPU named after I.P.Shamyakin. MSPU students and teachers (Ludmila Ismailova, Tatsiana Tatarinova), Elena Sazanchuk, Training Sector, pupils from “Secondary school 1 in Mozyr” participated in the discussion.

SCIENCE AND METHODOLOGY SEMINAR “RENAISSANCE OF BELARUSIAN ARTS AND CRAFTS (IN THE SYSTEM OF ADDITIONAL EDUCATION OF CHILDREN AND YOUTH)”

On March 21, 2019 science and methodology seminar “Renaissance of Belarusian arts and crafts (in the system of additional education of children and youth)” was held at the premises of MSPU named after I.P.Shamyakin; chief organizer – Center for new techniques in Pedagogics (Chair of Pedagogics and Psychology). Representatives of establishments for additional education from Mozyr and Kalinkovichi, representatives of Mozyr Plant for Arts and Crafts participated in the affair.

Mister University – 2019

On March 21, 2019 “Mister University – 2019” contest was held at the premises of MSPU named after I.P.Shamyakin. Representatives of 5 departments participated in this competition. There were 4 contests: “Gentleman”, “Patriot”, “Good guy”, “Creative contest”. The members of the jury commission did their best to choose the person who would bear this great title with honesty.
