        On April 26, 2019 Tatsiana Chechko, Head of the Belarusian and Russian Philology Chair, visited State Educational Establishment “Secondary School No.12 in Mozyr” and introduced the teachers and the pupils to the programs available for prospective students at the University. Alongside with the programs, the pupils were informed about career perspectives and a possibility to undertake internships abroad.

   On April 30, 2019 Tatsiana Paliyeva, Vice-Rector for Research, and Olga Dudadzel, Head of the International Affairs Department, visited Confucius Institute located at the premises of Francisk Skorina Gomel State University. The main objective of the visit was to discuss strategic plan for collaboration and implementation of the agreement for cooperation with the idea to start the Center for Chinese Language and Culture at the premises of Mozyr State Pedagogical University named after I.P.Shamyakin. Much attention was focused on diffusion of Chinese language and culture in Mozyr district and strengthening of friendship between the Belarusians and the Chinese people.

PANCRATIUM CHAMPIONSHIP 2019 IN THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS

   On April 26-27, 2019 Pancratium championship 2019 in the Republic of Belarus was held in Stolbtsy. The strongest athletes participated in the competition.

Those athletes who participated in the competition would take part in the European pancratium competition in 2019.

Dmitry Zasinets, 1^st year student, Physical Education Department, participated in Pancratium championship 2019 and got the first prize in the category 77 kg and age 20+.

     On April 12, 2019 Valery Naynuka, Rector of MSPU named after I.P.Shamyakin and Victor Strukov, Chairman of MSPU Student Trade Committee, met Luchano Brakoni, the head of the project “Adoption of students abroad”. During the meeting several important questions were discussed i.e. the arrangement of student forum which would be held in September 2019 at the premises of Masherov Vitebsk State University and development of further cooperation. At the end of the meeting 10 MSPU students were given special scholarships within the project “Adoption of students abroad”.
