On November 29, 2018 School-wide meeting was held at the premises of Secondary School No. 6 in Mozyr. Yulia Ranchinskaya, Representative of the Chair of Foreign Languages and Foreign Languages Teaching Methodology, took the floor and told the parents about great opportunities students could get at MSPU named after I.P.Shamyakin. Yu. Ranchinskaya showed the presentation about MSPU named after I.P.Shamyakin and mainstream of FL chair. The parents got the information about bachelor degrees, research projects, activity clubs and conferences available for students of MSPU named after I.P.Shamyakin.

ACADEMY OF INNOVATIVE PEDAGOGICAL EXCELLENCE

On November 22, 2018 a workshop for the teachers from establishments of additional education was held at the premises of MSPU named after I.P.Shamyakin. The workshop was arranged by the Chair of Pedagogics and Psychology. The main reason to start Academy of Innovative Pedagogical Excellence was tough competition on labor-market. In this vein the Universities must arrange the teaching process and enhance the academic modules the way that will create the environment for formation of highly-experienced experts who will be competitive on labour market.

FACETS OF ART

On November 26, 2018 Modern visual art exhibition “Facets of art” was held at the premises of MSPU named after I.P.Shamyakin. The exhibition was devoted to enhancement and imperfection of artistic and aesthetic education of students. Valery Navnyko, Rector of MSPU named after I.P.Shamyakin, and Sergey Shchur, Vice-Rector for Educational Affairs, were the honorary guests of the exhibition. More than 160 art objects were presented at the exhibition; 37 universities of Belarus participated in this exhibition.

International Specialized Science and Technology Forum ITE-2018 was held in Minsk. The main speakers of the conference were the following prominent individuals: Igor Karpenko, Minister of Education of the Republic of Belarus, Anton Myakishev, Head of Miscrosoft Office in Minsk, Pavel Liber, Senior Director for Software Development (EPAM Systems), Enrike Orudna-Male, Expert in the field of Webometrics Ranking of World Universities (Spain).

XVII WORKSHOP AT MINSK THEOLOGICAL SEMINARY

On November 23 – 24, 2018 XVII workshop on “Orthodox Church and its position in the History and Culture of Belarus” was held at the premises of Minsk theological seminary. 5 MSPU students majoring in “History and Social Sciences” submitted their reports and successfully presented them. On Day 1 festive prayer service was held in Trysvyatitelsky Temple in Minsk theological seminary. During the plenary meeting the participants were presented with the reports devoted to the following fields: “Orthodox Church and its role in the History of Belarus”, “Orthodox values and their reveal in the culture of Belarus”, “Orthorox church and public authorities”, “Christian values and their reveal in European science”, “Christian values and psychology”, “Christian values and modern Pedagogics”. All the participants were provided with the diplomas.
