PRESENTATION OF ACTIVITIES OF MILITARY-PATRIOTIC CLUBS

The presentation of the activities of military-patriotic clubs took place in Mozyr State Pedagogical University named after I.P.Shamyakin, head of the military-patriotic club ‘Rubezh’, presented the club's activities, told about the opportunities provided to the club members, as well as about the victories and achievements of the club members.

The head of the military-industrial complex ‘Vityaz’ Muzychenko M.N. familiarised the first-year students with the work of the club, demonstrated the uniforms of the club members, as well as the moulages with which the classes are held. At the end of the meeting all the students wrote applications to join the clubs of military-patriotic orientation.

Meeting with international students

On September 5, 2024, Roman Marusik, Senior Inspector for Special Assignments of the Department of Internal Affairs of Gomel Regional Executive Committee, and Tatyana Lapitskaya, Head of the Department for External Labour Migration of Refugees and Asylum, met with foreign students of Mozyr State Pedagogical University named after I.P. Shamyakin to carry out preventive measures to control the stay of foreign citizens and stateless persons, to explain the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Belarus and to prevent them from committing illegal acts. The students were also explained employment issues.

The tasks of strengthening the statehood, restoring the economy and developing the national culture of Belarus in connection with the transition to peaceful life in the early 1920s necessitated a new administrative-territorial reform. The old administrative-territorial division, which was based on the principle of the average number of population per province and district, did not correspond to the new political and economic conditions. Further improvement of state administration required a radical restructuring of the administrative-territorial division of the BSSR and the territorial units, which were heterogeneous in size and nature.
