EFFECTIVE PARTICIPATION IN THE REGIONAL STAGE OF THE INNOVATION PROJECT “100 IDEAS FOR BELARUS”

The regional stage of the Republican innovation project “100 Ideas for Belarus” was held in Gomel. Students of the Technological and Biological Faculty presented 2 projects.

A.Atroshkin and P.Kozlovsky presented the project “Ladder of Success” aimed at developing creative and design skills of students.

V.Zhukov successfully performed at the regional stage of the republican youth project “100 Ideas for Belarus” in the nomination “Ecology (rational nature management and deep processing of natural resources)” with his innovative project “Protection of biological diversity of flora and fauna of the Republic of Belarus from invasive species of plants and animals through civil initiatives”, prepared under the guidance of the senior lecturer of the Department of Biology and Chemistry O.A.Nazarchuk.

SPORTS AND ENTERTAINMENT SHOW “TIME OF OUR VICTORIES”

On the 7th of December .2024 a sports and entertainment show “Time of our victories” was held in Minsk in “Minsk-Arena”, which was attended by students of the university, head of the sports club Doinyak V.P.

In this event there were performances of two-time Olympic champion Ivan Litvinovich, world and European champion, bronze medallist of the Olympic Games Alina Gornosko, silver medallist of the Olympic Games Violetta Bordilovska, as well as other famous athletes.

VOLUNTEER EVENT “A SMILE WILL MAKE EVERYONE FEEL WARMER” AT THE “RAINBOW” CENTRE FOR MEDICAL REHABILITATION OF DISABLED CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE WITH NEUROPSYCHIATRIC DISORDERS

On December 6, 2024 student volunteers of Physical Education Department organised and held the event “A smile makes everyone warmer” on the basis of the “Centre for Medical Rehabilitation of Disabled Children and Young People with Psychoneurological Disorders “Raduga”.

Together with students - ‘merry clowns’, children and young people with special developmental needs had a great time and received a lot of positive emotions. At the event there was cheerful music, contests and dancing tasks.

MEETING-CONVERSATION “SPIRITUALITY. YOUTH. INITIATIVES.”

On December 5, 2024 a meeting-conversation “Spirituality. Youth. Initiative” was held on the basis of the University with the participation of Priest Alexander Bushlyakov, rector of the parish church in honour of the icon of the Mother of God “Joy of All Who Sorrow”.

Dialogue meetings are always informative and interesting. Young people have something to think about.

Within the framework of the cooperation agreement with the Moscow City Pedagogical University the traditional open meeting of the student linguistic laboratory “Eureka” of the Department of English Philology of the IPY MGPU (Russia, Moscow, scientific supervisor - M.N. Nikolaeva, Ph. Nikolaeva, Candidate of Philological Sciences, Associate Professor) and student research laboratory “Linguist” of the Department of Foreign Languages and Foreign Language Teaching Methods (EE Mozyr State Pedagogical University named after I.P. Shamyakin, Mozyr, Belarus, scientific supervisor - E.V. Kovalyova, Candidate of Philological Sciences, Associate Professor).
