VETERANS OF TEACHING CAREER FROM PHYSICS AND ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT

On March 02, 2019 administration of Physics and Engineering Department arranged a festive dinner for the veterans of teaching career. The biographies of these people are the stories of teachers and educators who created the characters and helped the students to discover the best sides.

Those teachers who are still working at the University met their former colleagues on that day! Valery Naunyka, Rector of MSPU named after I.P.Shamyakin, expressed his deepest gratitude to the guests and said that the gift, inspiration, optimism, spirituality and high moral aspects were treated as the best qualities ever and that modern generation of MSPU students would treat these features with great respect.

EUROPEAN GRECO-ROMAN WRESTLING CHAMPIONSHIP 2019

On March 04–07, 2019 European Greko-Roman Wrestling Championship 2019 was held in Novi-Sad (Serbia). Stanislav Shantarenko, Master’s degree student, MSPU named after I.P.Shamyakin participated in this competition in the category “82 kg” and won a bronze medal.

INTERNATIONAL ATHLETICS COMPETITION FOR PEOPLE WIH DISABILITIES

On February 19–28, 2019 11th Fazza Championship was held in Dubai (United Arab Emirates); chief organizer – Dubai Sport Club for People with Disabilities (under the auspices of Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Vice President and Prime Minister of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), and Ruler of the Emirate of Dubai). Ivan Lukashevich, 1^st year student, Physical Education Department, participated in the competition and won 2 gold medals (category: long-distance running, 1500 m and 400m).

INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION

On March 06, 2019 Methodology seminar “System of Education in the Netherlands and Belarus: comparative analysis” was held at the premises of MSPU named after I.P.Shamyakin. Leon Oosteron and Evelien Haan, representatives of CSG Het Noordik (Almelo, the Netherlands) spoke on peculiarities of training held in their country. MSPU students (Dmitry Sivchenko, Veronika Makarevich, Anastacia Menkovskaya, Karina Taranova, Anastacia Akulenko) presented their reports on training system held in our country. Much attention was paid to MSPU named after I.P.Shamyakin and the main achievements we have got in education, science and research, training.

CAREER ENHANCEMENT TRAINING

Graduation ceremony after the completion of career enhancement training was held at MSPU named after I.P.Shamyakin. This course was held at the premises of MSPU named after I.P.Shamyakin within a period of January 14, 2019 – March 07, 2019. All the attendees completed their course projects and got the certificates! Congratulations!
