Unity Day of the Belarusians and the Russians

April 02 is known as the Unity day of the Belarusians and the Russians. Exactly on this day in 1996 Alexander Lukashenko and Boris Eltsyn met in Moscow and signed the agreement “About the establishment of the Unity between Russian and Belarus”. On April 02, 1997, 2 years later, the agreement “About the Unity between Belarus and Russia” was signed. This agreement helped to develop the integration between two states. Since then The Unity day has been celebrated and the purposeful work has been conducted with the only great aim – to build a new unity.

INTERNATIONAL RESEARCH TO PRACTICE CONFERENCE AT PHYSICS AND ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT

On March 28–29, 2019 XI International Research-to-Practice Conference «Innovative Teaching Techniques in Physics and Mathematics, Vocational and Mechanical Training» was held at the premises of MSPU named after I.P.Shamyakin. The conference was devoted to the 75^th anniversary of teachers’ training in Physics and Mathematics and the 30^th anniversary of teachers’ training in Engineering. With the aim to exchange the experience and upgrade professional competence in the field of innovative techniques the researchers from The Republic of Belarus, Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Poland came to MSPU named after I.P.Shamyakin.

DOORS OPEN DAY CEREMONY

On March 30, 2019 Doors open day ceremony was held at the premises of MSPU named after I.P.Shamyakin. Pupils from Mozyr and Mozyr district, Kalinkovichi and Kalinkovichi district, Elsk, Svetlogorsk, Rechitsa, Pokolubichy, Kirovsk visited MSPU named after I.P.Shamyakin. Nadezhda Novik-Shcherbenko, Head of the Sector for Career guidance and professional orientation, reported on MSPU material and technical resources, teaching staff, rules and regulations while centralized testing would be conducted.

GRADUATION CEREMONY

On March 06, 2019 graduation ceremony was held at the premises of the department of advanced training and staff retraining. The graduates got the degree in “Preschool education” and were provided with the diplomas. There were 37 students! Pavel Koshman, Dean, PhD in Philology, Associate Professor, and the members of the teaching staff congratulated the graduates and wished them career prospects and professional growth.

STUDENTS’ PRACTICAL TRAINING AT TECHNOLOGY AND BIOLOGY DEPARTMENT

On January 14 – March 10, 2019 the 4^th year students from Technology and Biology Department did a practical training at the premises of Secondary School No.9 in Mozyr. While the practical training was being held the students evaluated the level of their readiness to independent work at school, essence of teaching profession, new experience, creativity in teaching.

Practical training is a part of an educational process and it is known as an important part professional growth. To get more experience and competence in the profession MSPU students got in close cooperation with the teachers from School 15 and were open for any types of activities.
