KETTLEBELL LIFTING CHAMPIONSHIP

On February 25, 2019 Kettlbell lifting championship was held at the premises of MSPU named after I.P.Shamyakin. The championship was devoted to the 75^th anniversary of deliberation from the Nazi capture. The main objectives of the championship were: to promote healthy life style; to popularize kettlebell sport; to identify the strongest athletes. The championship was guided by Vitaly Doyniak and judged by Vitaly Metlushko. There were two teams: a male one and a female one. 3 best results were summed up. Congratulations!

ANTI-DRUG BUSINESS CAMPAIGN

In 1987 the United Nations General Assembly proclaimed March 01 to be Anti-Drug Business Campaign Day. The main idea of this project was to promote healthy life style, threat for health and to develop international cooperation with the only possible aim – to create a world community free of drugs.

On March 01, 2019 MSPU Social Support Center arranged a campaign for the students and teachers. The following interactive playgrounds were created and successfully implemented in the University hall: lottery “What day is it today?”, quiz “What to you know about drugs?”, Art-therapy “I love this life because…”.

UNIVERSITY SATURDAY CAMPAIGNS

On March 03, 2019 8^th–11^th form pupils from Mozyr and Kalinkovichy secondary schools visited MSPU named after I.P.Shamyakin with the aim to participate in the seminar “Experimental tasks in Physics”; chief lecturer: Vladimir Savenko, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor, Head of the Chair of Physics and Mathematics.

Professor Savenko told the students about the methodology and techniques of experiments in Physics, peculiarities of conducting experiments in Physics (computer modelling of Physical processes, electric field, electromagnetic induction, Van de Graaff generator and other physical phenomena).

1ST BUILDING FORUM

On February 21, 2019 MSPU students majoring in “Vocational training (Building)” under the guidance of G. Nekrasova, E. Shutova, V. Dubodel. These bachelor degree students got a lucky chance to upgrade professional competence and got acquainted with the reports “Anodized aluminium which is used in building”, “CONTINUO: microcement with no limits in building”, “MAPEI: construction supplies used in the European Union”. Participation in the forum influenced on greater involvement of students into the profession.

GRADUATION CEREMONY

On March 01, 2019 graduation ceremony was held at the premises of Physics and Engineering Department. Students majoring in “Vocational training (Building)” and “Vocational training (mechanic engineering)” got their diplomas of Higher education! Inessa Kovalchuck, Dean of Physics and Engineering Department, Andrey Makarenko, Vice-Dean for Academic Affairs, Olga Smolyakova, Head of the Chair of Engineering and Pedagogical Education, Tastsiana Karpinskaya and Vlodimir Dubodel congratulated the students!
