SOCIAL CAMPAIGN “SINGLE INFORMATION DAY”

The social campaign “Single information day” is held in the Republic of Belarus on September 01 – 10, 2021; the chief organizer is the Ministry of Emergency Response. Sergey Nakonechny, Chief Inspector of Mozyr Emergency Office, visited MSPU and delivered his speech on September 08, 2021. The main task of the single day of information is to form the culture of safety, to hold education-upbringing work, to promote safety conditions for life and work.

INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS VISITED MSPU MUSEUM

The international students visited MSPU museum on September 02, 2021. The museum has worked since 2008; a vast collection of artifacts (400 items) is kept in the museum and shows how rich the history and the culture of the Polessye region is. The students visited 2 expositions i.e. “The History of the University” and “Ethnographic culture of the Polesye region”. All the students were deeply amazed by the history of the Polesye region and the memorable dates of the University.

SOCIAL SPORT AND HEALTH PROJECT “WE CAN!”

The State Sport and Health Campaign “We can!” was held at the premises of the State Educational Establishment “Secondary School No.16 in Mozyr” on September 09, 2021. The main idea of the project was to arrange the sport activities included into the standards of sport activities developed by the State Sport and Health Complex of the Republic of Belarus. Yulia Doyniak, a secretary, participated in this project and represented the University.

THE SCHOOL OF A YOUNG LEADER - 2021

The school of a young leader 2021 was arranged by the Red Cross Organization and was held on September 03-05, 2021. The volunteers-leaders participated in the interactive activities and games, solved the tasks and received useful information how to develop the skills of a leader. The participants got acquainted with “the proper language”, a new term which is used to define the language usually spoken in communication with the people who can’t read or speak properly. Much attention was paid to the gender aspects of upbringing. Emotional burn-out is the thing that stops people from high quality life and motivation to work well, in this vein several workshops were conducted to show and teach the students how to avoid it.

The school of a young leader – 2021 is a great opportunity for the people to fulfil potential and develop your strong points.

THE MEMORY WILL BE ALWAYS KEPT

Prior to the memory day of the 76th anniversary of the Great Victory a festive concert was arranged at the premises of the local Palace of Culture in Mozyr. The concert was prepared by the representatives of MSPU named after I.P.Shamyakin. It was held on May 05, 2021. Among the attractions there was a photo zone, an interactive platform, a historical exhibition in the hall of the Palace.

Valery Naunyka, Rector of the University, opened the concert with a prominent speech. He paid much attention to the necessity of keeping the memory of this great victory because it was treated as the act of the National pride.
