MSPU students and teachers participated in the workshop "Prevention of fatalities on the water. Rules of safe behavior in everyday life and fire safety" on May 11, 2022. Vitaly Ermakovets, Chairman of the Society for Development of Water Transport and Passenger Safety in Mozyr, Kseniya Chigina, Inspector of the Mozyr district unit of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, and Olga Avedisyan, Specialist of Mozyr firefighting office, were invited to the seminar in the capacity of the experts. They spoke about the leading causes for fatalities on the water, in the forest and at homes; current statistical data were presented as well. Much attention was paid to the mobile application «Ministry of Emergency Situations of Belarus: help is close to you» developed for people in need. Stay safe and healthy!
