XXVIII INTERNATIONAL STUDENT RESEARCH TO PRACTIVE CONFERENCE “FROM IDEA TO INNOVATION”

XXVIII International Student Research to Practice Conference "From Idea to Innovation" was held at the premises of Mozyr State Pedagogical University named after I.P.Shamyakin on April 29, 2021. The conference was arranged with the financial support from the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus as a part of the State Program "Education and Youth Politics for 2021 - 2025". Tatsiana Paliyeva, First Vice-Rector, greeted all the participants and opened a festive ceremony. The presentation of the address of welcome was delivered by the Universities-partners i.e. Orenburg State Pedagogical University, V.G. Korolenko Glazov Pedagogical Institute, Orlov State Culture Institute.

MEETING-REQUIEM DEVOTED TO THE 35TH ANNIVERSATY OF THE NUCLEAR DISASTER IN CHERNOBYL

The representatives of industrial enterprises, educational establishments, public associations and communities, met together on April 26, 2021 to pay the tribute to the memory of the 35^th anniversary of the nuclear disaster in Chernobyl. The representatives of MSPU named after I.P.Shamyakin i.e. the Rectorate, deans, teachers and administrative workers, students, participated in the meeting as well. Everybody held a moment of silence in order to pay homage to those who passed.

EXHIBITION “THE WRITER WHO TOUCHED MY HEART” DEVOTED TO THE 200TH ANNIVERSARY OF FEDOR DOSTOEVSKY

The representatives of Rossotrudnichestvo visited MSPU named after I.P.Shamyakin on April 26, 2021. Natalia Avraleva, head of the Russian Center for Science and Culture in Gomel, met Valery Naunyka, Rector of the University, and the representatives of Philology Faculty i.e. Tatsiana Symanovich, Dean of Philology Faculty, Tatsiana Chechko, Head of the Department of Belarusian and Russian Philology, Sergey Kurash, Head of the Center for Russian Studies. The main aim of the visit was to conduct the exhibition “The writer who touched my heart”. The exhibition was devoted to the life and creativity of Fedor Dostoevsky and his 200^th anniversary.

FINANCIAL AWARENESS IS THE BASIS OF YOUR FUTURE

Briefing “Financial awareness is the basis of your future” was held at the premises of MSPU named after I.P. Shamyakin on April 20, 2021. The event was arranged as the part of the State Program “Small and medium businesses in the Republic of Belarus for 2021 - 2025”.

MSPU students talked to the experts (Sergey Shchur, Vice-Rector for Educational Affairs; Ludmila Starosotnikova, Deputy Principle of the Center for Bank Services No. 338 in Mozyr, Belagroprombank; Maksim Mazanovich, Head Specialist of the Sales Department, JSC Belarusbank; Irina Dashkevich, Head Specialist of the Sales Department, JSC Belarusbank; Marina Bogdanovich, Head of the Sector for Information and Explanation Affairs, Tax Office in Mozyr.

MSPU students were informed about the State Educational Contest conducted with the aim to support business initiatives “AGRO 3.0”. They were told about credit status, credit scoring system, how to check personal credit status, security system for credit cards.

SOCIAL CAMPAIGN “STAY INFORMED! MEASURE YOUR PRESSURE”

The representatives of MSPU Social - Pedagogical and Psychological Service, the members of the Department of Public Health (State Establishment “Mozyr Local Center for Hygiene and Epidemiology”) and Health Care Institution “Municipal Polyclinic No.2 in Mozyr” arranged a social campaign “Stay informed! Measure your pressure!” The main task of this campaign was to form a mental set for health maintenance, early recognition of arterial hypertension, prevention of miocardial infarction, cardiovascular accidents and other problems connecting with blood circulatory system. More than 50 university members and students took part in this campaign. They were assisted to measure the pressure and were given advice on how to prevent other diseases.
