On June 09-12 European Athletics U23 Championship was held in Tallin, Estonia. 27 Belarusian athletes participated in the competition. Victoria Kolb, student of MSPU named after I.P.Shamyakin, won the gold medal in putting the shot. She threw the implement at 17,47 m.

On June 26, 2015 University Graduates State Ball was held in Minsk, Republic of Belarus. 270 best university leavers from all over the country were invited to the State Palace.
Alexander G. Lukashenko, President of the Republic of Belarus, addressed his speech to the best young professionals of our country. He noticed that modern Belarus was just 20 years old. That age was believed to be the time of blossom, strength and hopes, where favorable conditions were created for prosperous and rampant development of young people’s career.

23 teachers and university leavers received an official message of thanks from the President of our country. Natalia Astreyko was awarded a certificate of merit from the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus for conspicuous academic achievements, active involvement into scientific and social life of the university.
Valeria Morozevich was given honour to declare the festive oath of university graduates.
On June 18-21 2015 WORLD ROWING CUP II (Varese, Italy) was held. Stanislav Scherbachenya MSPU undergraduate, participated in the competition and was awarded a bronze medal for an excellent results in Men Single (M1).

On May 26-23, 2015 the final stage of the Sixth Corporate Festival “Torch” was held in Krasnaya Polyana, Sochi, Krasnodar Krai. Amateur art groups and JSC “Gazprom” associated enterprises and organizations took the part in. The festival bears an international status and is held 2 times a year. More than 2000 participants from 37 Gazprom associated enterprises (China, France, Germany, Slovenia, Armenia, Kyrgyzstan) were involved in the dance fest this year. 130 performances were presented. Among the guests of the festival there was a Dance Theatre “ALEXIS”. Mozyr dancers prepared a special performance called “Book”. Ekaterina Homets, one of the leading performers, was the student of our University (Technology Department).

On June 05-14, 2015 Classical Powerlifting World Championship was held in Salo, Finland. Victoria Makarevich, student of Physical Culture Department, participated in WOMEN JUNIOR (till 63 kg).
Victoria won the bronze medal!
