Nowadays much attention is paid to inclusive education in modern learning environment. International projects are opened in order to develop scientific and theoretical database for further investigations. Since 2014 Mozyr State Pedagogical University named after I.P.Shamyakin has been participating in the Joint European Project “Initial and Further Training for Teachers and Educational Managers with regard to Diversity”. This project is known world-wide; thousands of participants from Russian Federation, Ukraine, Germany, Austria, Italy and Finland are fully engaged in it.
On October 9, 2015 Competence Development Workshop “Curator as a Key Element in the Higher Education System” was held. The main objective of the workshop was to introduce higher-education teaching personnel to specific aspects of curator activity, crime and suicide prevention at the university.
On October 2-4, 2015 Open Championship and Belarus Karate Cup were held in Minsk (Republic of Belarus). 16 representatives of “SeyDoKay Karate Club” (Mozyr, Gomel Region) participated in the contest. Nikolay Ilyuk, 1st year student, MSPU named after I.P.Shamyakin, won 2 bronze medals!
