On April 24, 2019 the representatives of the working staff and the administration of Mozyr State Pedagogical University named after I.P.Shamyakin met Alexey Tarasov, a deputy head for ideology and staff assistance at Mozyr department of the emergency situation ministry. The briefing was devoted to safety, fire prevention, death prevention, kids safety measures.
On April 26, 2019 a mourning rally devoted to the 33rd anniversary of Chernobyl disaster was held in Mozyr near the monument of Chernobyl’s victims. Administration and the members of the working staff of MSPU named after I.P.Shamyakin participated in the ceremony, laid floral tributes and paid a minute's tribute of silence to the memory of those who died because of a terrible explosion.
On May 09, 2019 a festive meeting devoted to the 74th victory anniversary of Soviet people from the Nazi aggressors. The meeting took place at the burial mound in Mozyr. MSPU administration, teachers and students participated in this important event. All the people laid floral tributes to the monument and expressed their gratitude to the ancestries for a peaceful life.
On April 25, 2019 XXVI International Student Research to Practice Conference “From Idea to Innovation” was held at the premises of Mozyr State Pedagogical University named after I.P.Shamyakin. “Orenburg State Pedagogical University” and “Korolenko Pedagogical University in Glazov” became the co-organizers of the conference. More than 170 Universities participated in the conference this year and it is a great honour for us!
Tatsiana Paliyeva, Vice-Rector for Research, opened the ceremony and greeted all the participants of the conference!
On April 25, 2019 annual beauty contest “Miss University 2019” was held at the premises of Culture Center in Mozyr. 5 ladies participated in this contest. Kate Priluchnaya represented Physics and Engineering Department. Irina Lyashenko represented Physical Education Department. Maira Dulub represented Department of Preschool and Elementary Education. Anastasia Andreeva represented Philology Department. Angelina Tysevich represented Technology and Biology Department.
Alongside with the traditional competition people were offered to vote online. Anastasia Andreeva got the title “Miss ONLINE 2019”. Congratulations!
