VOLUNTEER PROJECT “NOT NEARBY BUT TOGETHER”

On October 26-28, 2018 representatives of charitable non-governmental organization “World without boundaries” conducted a sum-up workshop devoted to the implementation of the project “Not nearby but together”. The main objective of the project was to train volunteers who could act as a contact person for teenagers who got in troubles or felt lonely. MSPU students participated in this project as volunteers.
The sum-up seminar last for 3 working days; all the events were devoted to team-building spirit and unity. Lots of important questions were discussed i.e. “What is the area of responsibility students could influence on?”, “What is the area of responsibility students couldn’t influence on?”
The participants got the knowledge about peculiarities of student self-administration; they got useful experience for planning and implementation of student projects and worked out effective means of cooperation with the representatives of University administration.
