State Pedagogical Excellence Contest

On April 21 – 22, 2016 State Pedagogical Excellence Contest was held at the premises of Belarusian State Pedagogical University named after Maxim Tank. The science tournament was arranged within the Decade of Student Science. It showed what continuing education really meant and how to unite students, Master’s and Postgraduate Degree students together.

There were 4 teams – participants: Belarusian State Pedagogical University named after Maxim Tank, Francisk Skorina Gomel State University, Yanka Kupala State University of Grodno, Mozyr State Pedagogical University named after I.P. Shamyakin. Marina Fedorova, Tatsiana Solonevich, Diana Homchenko, Sergey Ermakovets, Tatsiana Antonovich (Master’s Degree Students, team 1) presented the project “Pedagogics of Diversity as Education of the Future”. Tatsiana Pugatch, Natalia Turovets, Elena Gerasimovich (PhD students, Team 2) reported on “Forming of students’ music and style concepts through the Belarusian Rock music”. All the participants wrote a test “Scientific erudition” and took part in a business game “Interview”.

State Pedagogical Excellence Contest was well-organized, the atmosphere was friendly and warm but businesslike.
