On March 30, 2016 at the premises of MSPU named after I.P.Shamyakin and as a part of Personnel with Reserve Obligations Day “Practice-Oriented Psychological Seminar including Training elements” was arranged for Heads of Agricultural Sector of Gomel Region.
Elena Kolesnichenko, Chief of Psychology and Pedagogics of Vocational Training Chair, was the main organizer and holder of the seminar. Much attention was paid to such aspects of personal development as “Qualities of a successful chief”, “How to deal with conflicts”, “Chief psychiatric health maintenance”, “Measures to prevent psychological burnout”.
During the seminar various interactive forms of activity were used; they were oriented to forming of psychological skills and knowledge, self-regulation of emotional state, structural interaction within a conflict situation, effective motivation of employees.
Free intercourse, psychologically comfortable atmosphere, professional competence of a tutor influenced on spiritual, intellectual and professional enrichment of the participants.
