Doors Open Day 2016: Your chance to enter Philology Department

On February 27, 2016 Doors Open Day ceremony was held at the premises of Philology Department. Upper-form pupils from School No. 16 (Mozyr), School No. 12 (Mozyr), School No. 11 (Mozyr), Kozenky School (Mozyr district), School No. 7 (Kalinkovichi), School No. 1 (Elsk), Vorotyn School (Kalinkovichi district) visited MSPU named after I.P.Shamyakin in order to get to know better how apply for study.
Ludmila Ismaylova, Dean of Philology Department, met school leavers. She lectured on history, development strategies of education in the humanities, fundamental aspects of teachers’ training and specialities – 2016.
Members of student council, activists and prominent students engaged the guests to the exciting world of Philology. O. Hodunkova, A. Vodnev and A. Halykov reported on a vital role of foreign languages in the life of young people. A. Shirko declaimed a poem by I. Bunin “Word”. K. Latyshev and V. Kovalevich spoke on how bright and eventful the life of students.
At the end of Doors Open Day 2016 a “Wish to enrollees – 2016” student campaign was arranged.
