Solemn Meeting Devoted to the Day of Belarusian Science

On January 27, 2016 solemn meeting devoted to the Day of Belarusian Science was held at MSPU named after I.P.Shamyakin.
Sergey Dylyuk, Deputy Chairman of Mozyr District Board of Deputies, opened the ceremony and congratulated scientific elite of the University on such a big event and extended greetings from Evgeny Adamenko, Chairman of District Executive Committee. Mr Dylyuk presented honorable members of academic staff with ceremonial certificates:
Tatsiana Lupolov, PhD in Agriculture, Associate Professor, Chair of Nature Management and Environmental Protection;
Elena Guminskaya, PhD in Agriculture, Associate Professor, Chief of Nature Management and Environmental Protection Chair;
Marina Loban, Senior Teacher, Chair of Belarusian and Russian Philology.
Valentin Valetov, DSc in Biology, Professor, Rector of MSPU named after I.P.Shamyakin, expressed the words of gratitude to the colleagues and presented the following staff members with ceremonial certificates:
Tamara Nuzhdina, PhD in Philology, Associate Professor, Chair of Belarusian and Russian Philology;
Olga Smolyakova, PhD in Pedagogics, Associate Professor, Chief of Vocational Training Chair;
Irina Stelchenko, Senior Teacher, Practical Psychology and Defectology Chair;
Valentina Shevchenko, Senior Teacher, Chair of Pedagogics.
Eduard Grechannikov, PhD in Physics and Mathematics, Associate Professor, Chief of Science and Research Office, delivered the report on “Implementation of State Research Programmes at MSPU named after I.P.Shamyakin in 2011 – 2015”.
Science is intellectual basis of any country; it determines the ways of development and prosperity. Current generation of Belarusian scientists increase the traditions of their predecessors and promotes social and economic advancement of the country!
