ACADEMIC MOBILITY TO ITALY WITH SUPPORT OF MOST PROJECT

MSPU delegates spoke about the main achievements of the Belarusian university in the field of education and science. Much attention was paid to specific features of teachers’ training in the Republic of Belarus.
As it was stated by the colleagues from Italy bachelor degree students majoring in Pedagogics undertook internship annually. Each student is usually provided with a supervisor. A supervisor is a teacher who works at secondary school for many years and has got much experience in teaching. The main mission of a supervisor is to get professional support to a student; a supervisor helps a student to understand the philosophy of work, he gets consultations and helps with any difficulties a student has.
While meeting the supervisors from the University of Genoa, MSPU delegates studied the ways how teaching practice was arranged for bachelor degree students majoring in Preschool education in Italy. MSPU delegates spoke about typical features of training in the field of Preschool education in the Republic of Belarus. Aspects of inclusive education and multi-cultural education were discussed at the meeting.
Negotiations for further cooperation were conducted where the decision to sign a cooperation agreement between MSPU named after I.P.Shamyakin and The University of Genoa was made.
There is a great hope that the perspective cooperation will be fruitful and beneficial as well as interesting and inspiring for both parties!
