On October 30 – November 01, 2018 Olga Eremkina, Professor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor, Representative of the Chair of Pedagogics and Management of Education at Federal State Educational Establishment of Higher Education “Ryazan State University named after Sergey Esenin”, acting member of the International Academy of Sciences for Education in Pedagogics, lectured on the topic “Psychognostic support of a child which will influence positively on his personal development”.
The main objective of the course was to form basic overview about personal development of a child in a safe way for him with regard to specific features in the field of solutions and making attempts to prepare the elementary school children to start the studies at secondary school.
Olga Eremkina said that a modern teacher is a subject of high professional culture who had to be ready to diagnose personal peculiarities of his pupils. Psychognostic culture of a teacher is a unity of valuable ideas, necessities and conditions of pupils’ states, knowledge about dynamics of psychological processes, evaluation processes, means for correction and enhancement of psychological state.
