In October 12, 2018 the representatives of MSPU Youth Department together with Turkmenian students participated in a small tour to Ancient Mozyr held at the museum center “Mozyr Castle”.
In October 12, 2018 the representatives of MSPU Youth Department together with Turkmenian students participated in a small tour to Ancient Mozyr held at the museum center “Mozyr Castle”.
Mozyr Castle is a historical center of the city. Mozyr was first dated in the Tale of Bygone Years in 1155. There were five towers first, than six and finally seven. The main achievement of the tower is a bell. Local city dwellers believe that if you ring this bell, your wish will come true. The castle was reconstructed in 2010 and Cathedral of the Transfiguration was built in 2010 as well.
