Traineeship in Germany

Nadezhda Tsyrulik, Head teacher, Chair of Practical Psychology and Defectology, completed an internship held at the premises of Stiftung Universität Hildesheim (intership period: 12.06.2016 – 26.06.2016).

According to internship programme the participants were allowed to work in library stocks and use computer resources support. Postgraduate students meeting was also arranged in order to share the experience and discuss some topical issues on peculiarities of cooperation with children-migrants.

Olga Graumann, Honorary Professor, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, lectured on “Integrative education in Germany”, and rendered the notions “integration” and “inclusion”. She said that inclusion needed to be treated as a flexible thing which helped to correspond everybody’s requirements. Inclusion today is an intensive team, training of objective-developing environment for self-guided work.

In order to see how children-migrants and children with special needs were trained Secondary schools Didrik – Pining and St. Ansgar were visited.

Within the framework of the internship conference “Grenzen der Integration. Wessen Grenzen? Wessen Integration?” was arranged. Professors – representatives of various educational institutions submitted their reports on integration and diversity.

Summarizing the results of the internship in Germany it is important to notice that implementation of new forms within the field of international cooperation  between MSPU named after I.P.Shamyakin and Stiftung Universität Hildesheim will allow to raise the quality of professional training and broaden the capabilities to conduct further research.
