The concept of the conference included the following topical directions: modern techniques of education and upbringing, professional training of preschool and elementary teachers, formation of kid’s personality in the multicultural educational environment, interaction established between preschool educational establishments, school and family; spiritual and moral upbringing in the educational establishments.
Valery Naunyka, Rector of the University, PhD in Physics and Mathematics, Associate Professor, opened the conference with a welcoming speech. All the reports which were presented at the plenary meeting were devoted to the achievements made in the field of psychophysical development.
