SOCIAL CAMPAIGN “NON-PAYABLE DONATION OF BLOOD”

 On March 04, 2020 MSPU students visited Health care institution “Mozyr blood donor center” where they participated in the social campaign “Non-payable donation of blood”. It is a great honour to say that MSPU students participate in non-payable blood donation campaigns on regular basis. This year 25 MSPU students gave their blood.

It is a great mission to be a non-payable donor, because this is a stand of solidarity! It means that a donor is a healthy person who take care of other people!

Please, keep in mind that blood donation is good for your health because it activates the system of hemopoiesis!

 On March 03, 2020 Tatsiana Garaevska, a psychologist from “Maternity Welfare Clinic in Mozyr”, met MSPU students and hold an open discussion under the topic: “Abortion as a social and medical problem: origin and consequences of modern abortion and fertility control thinking”. Much attention was paid to moral aspects of abortion, because such aspects as the beginning of a person’s life, human rights and self-determination of a woman. Legal aspects of this phenomenon was also discussed. On that day the students were offered to watch a movie “12 weeks of silence” made by Tatsiana Garaevskaya. At the end of the meeting MSPU students asked the questions that bothered them a lot.

 The first spring months are always fulfilled with love, flowers and joy because of the International women’s day. On March 05, 2020 a festive concert was held at the premises of MSPU named after I.P.Shamyakin. At the beginning of the concert the awarding ceremony of the best female athletes of the university was held at MSPU named after I.P.Shamyakin. Leonid Nekrashevich, an honoured singer of the musical group of the Army Forces of the Republic of Belarus, was invited to MSPU as a special guest and sang several songs to the ladies.

 What is the main objective of the students’ internship? The answer is to form personal and professional competencies of a teacher. Right now the 4^th year students are undertaking a 9-week internship at the premises of Secondary school in Kozenky (Mozyr district).

What should be done for the internship to be held successfully? The answer is to arrange everything in a proper way. Thus, Irina Gutsko, Yulia Ranchinskaya and Lubov Puzan, acting as the leaders of the internship, visited the school beforehand and talked about the details of the internship with the administration.
