Objectives:

  • Organizational objectives

Annually the center arranges numerous academic and educational affairs (conferences, workshops, seminars).

  • Methodological objectives

The head and leading experts in Russian studies teaching methodology conduct lectures, tutorials and develop teaching manuals on current issues in the following academic disciplines: “Russian literature studies”, “Modern Russian”, “Bilingualism”, “Russian teaching Methodology”, “Russian as a Foreign Language”, etc.

  • Cooperative objectives

Close cooperation with colleagues from universities-partners is regarded as fruitful; it has a great and positive impact on methodology support for secondary school teachers of Language Studies.

Research and Methodology Center for Russian Studies is well equipped. It has got a computer laboratory, multimedia system, library (more than 400 books on Russian literature, History of Language, Russian Culture, etc.).
