Mechanics of deform solid body, Building constructions studies. Basic concepts and assumptions, stretching (compression) of a straight rod, the main characteristics of the mechanical properties of materials, the methods of engineering calculations for strength and rigidity, the foundations of the theory of stressed and deformed states, the theory of strength and plasticity, geometric characteristics of cross sections, the calculation of the simplest statically indeterminate systems, the resistance of the bar, the stability of the compressed rods, the longitudinal-transverse bending of the straight rod, the simplest problems with dynamic loading, voltages and other variables.

Principles of modeling elements of real structures, the construction of calculation schemes, the formation of models of structural materials, loads and effects, methods for determining internal forces, stresses, deformations and movements in hazardous points and sections of structural elements under various loads and impacts, the stages of material operation, strength, rigidity and stability, simple methods of calculating structural elements using theoretical hypotheses and experimental data.

The discipline "Reconstruction of buildings and structures" includes the following main topics: the importance of reconstruction of buildings and structures, physical and moral wear and tear of buildings and structures, basic provisions for inspection of reinforced concrete and stone structures of reconstructed buildings and structures, characteristic defects and damages of reinforced concrete and stone structures, the ability of building structures, the restoration and reinforcement of reinforced concrete and stone structures, the features of urban planning, volume planning and constructive decisions of mass building of cities, technical means and methods of restoration and increase of carrying capacity of reconstructed buildings.

While studying the discipline, students get acquainted with the fundamental unity of technical sciences, the role and place of reconstruction of buildings and structures in the complex reconstruction of residential, administrative, landscape planning of domestic and foreign cities, modern technologies for the reconstruction of buildings and structures, modern methods and technical means of strengthening the bearing capacity building structures, modern technical means of increasing the thermal insulation properties of the enclosing structures building.

The discipline "Reconstruction of buildings and structures" includes the following main topics: the importance of reconstruction of buildings and structures, physical and moral wear and tear of buildings and structures, basic provisions for inspection of reinforced concrete and stone structures of reconstructed buildings and structures, characteristic defects and damages of reinforced concrete and stone structures, the ability of building structures, the restoration and reinforcement of reinforced concrete and stone structures, the features of urban planning, volume planning and constructive decisions of mass building of cities, technical means and methods of restoration and increase of carrying capacity of reconstructed buildings.

While studying the discipline, students get acquainted with the fundamental unity of technical sciences, the role and place of reconstruction of buildings and structures in the complex reconstruction of residential, administrative, landscape planning of domestic and foreign cities, modern technologies for the reconstruction of buildings and structures, modern methods and technical means of strengthening the bearing capacity building structures, modern technical means of increasing the thermal insulation properties of the enclosing structures building.

Methods: explanatory, visual, practical.

 

Forms: lectures, laboratory practicals, tutorials, independent work, research and science activity of students.
