RESEARCH SEMINAR “INVASIVE SPECIES: THREATS TO BIOLOGICAL DIVERSITY”

On November 01, 2019 Research seminar “Invasive types: threats to biological diversity” was held at the premises of Technology and Biology Department; Chair of Biological-Chemical Education was acting as a chief organizer. The representatives of the following organizations participated in the seminar: “Forest institute of the National Academy of the Republic of Belarus” (Gomel), “National Academy of the Republic of Belarus for Bio-resources” (Minsk), “Vyshelessovsky Institute of experimentative veterinary science”, Technology and Biology Department (teachers+students).

FRESHMEN FEST AT PHYSICAL EDUCATION DEPARTMENT

On October 31, 2019 “Freshmen fest 2019” was held at the premises of Physical Education Department. There were 3 teams: “Chocolate taste” (Specialization “Physical education. Special training”); “Top League” (Specialization “Physical education. Health-improvement and tourism-recreational activity”); “Blotsky’s team” (Specialization “Sport and teaching activity”). All the students did their best. Lots of bright performances were prepared. All the guests got much delight, all the participants got much excitement.

Administration of Physical Education Department express their gratitude to the freshmen and wish them good luck!

STUDENT OF THE YEAR - 2019

On October 31, 2019 State campaign “Student of the year - 2019” was held in Gomel. Students from all the Universities around Gomel region participated in the contest. Alina Inkovtsova, Philology Department, represented Mozyr State Pedagogical University named after I.P.Shamyakin. Alina Inkovtsova showed her skills for intelligence, creativity, leadership. Moreover, Alina Inkovtsova presented a performance “Student life rhythm”, short movie “I am a student” and participated in the contest “The main achievement of the year”. “In the world of science” was the most memorable event. Alina presented her Historical and Life story project “Children of war” devoted to History research within the topic of the Great Patriotic war.

MARATHON OF YOUNG ELECTORS

On October 31, 2019 a marathon of young electors was held at the premises of Center for Ideology. The campaign was devoted to the election to the House of Representatives of the National assembly of the Republic of Belarus. Alexandr Bobr, a deputy of Mozyr District Council, participated in the meeting as well.

Sergey Schchur opened the meeting and greeted all the participants. He paid much attention to great importance of election in the country. Such topics as management of the State, position of young people in the society, role of the National Assembly in the system of the state Power.

“The ABC of the citizen” was held at the premises of the Center for Ideology; moderator: Dmitry Boskin, Physics and Engineering Department.

Marathon of young electors was informative and entertaining for MSPU students!

On October 31, 2019 Maral Amanova, a PhD student, was provided with a diploma of a researcher in the field of Physics and Mathematics! It is important to say that it was possible for Maral Amanova to come to Belarus from Turkmenistan and got a PhD course in Optics on the basis of a bilateral agreement signed between Belarus and Turkmenistan in the field of education. Valery Naunyka, Rector of the University, Tatsiana Paliyeva, Vice-Rector for Research, Vasily Shepelevich, a scientific advisor, Inessa Kovalchuck, Dean of Physics and Mathematics Department, congratulated Maral and wished her great success in her future career!
