WORKSHOP “LEADERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT”

On December 19, 2018 MSPU students who were involved into the list of talent pipeline of Gomel Region Executive Committee participated into the workshop “Leadership and management” which was located at the premises of Gomel Executive Committee.
Among the honorary guests there were Oleg Ivantsov, Deputy Chairman of the Council of workers, Chief Physician of Clinical infirmary of the World War II disabled veterans, Igor Zavaley, First Secretary of the Region Committee “Belarusian State Youth Union”, Ludmila Gorodetskaya, Head Teacher, Francisk Skorina Gomel State University.
The workshop was arranged in a form of a dialogue, everybody could ask any question, share the experience, and give advice. Leadership was treated as a phenomenon of Psychology for many scientists. Lots of questions were discussed i.e. How to bring up a successful leader? Who will become a leader? What rules should a successful leader follow? How to develop special skills if you want to become a leader?
Within the framework of the workshop all the participants got a lucky chance to visit Machine-building enterprise “Gomselmash” where the students got a chance to see how the work on the town-forming enterprise was arranged.
