On November 22, 2018 a workshop for the teachers from establishments of additional education was held at the premises of MSPU named after I.P.Shamyakin. The workshop was arranged by the Chair of Pedagogics and Psychology. The main reason to start Academy of Innovative Pedagogical Excellence was tough competition on labor-market. In this vein the Universities must arrange the teaching process and enhance the academic modules the way that will create the environment for formation of highly-experienced experts who will be competitive on labour market.
At the workshop the following topics were discussed:
1.Contradictions in educational sphere as a reason for innovative tasks.
2.Idea of “Significant retrospection”.
3.Innovative tasks and streams of education.
Solution to innovative tasks is treated as a leading type of innovative activity for teachers who work at the establishments of additional education. Elena Astreyko, the head of the Academy, is based on the theory of I.I. Tsyrkun who determined an Innovative task as a situation which could be characterized as a value-oriented and cognitive issue; this task provokes effectiveness of training; it excludes deficiency of managerial aspects of training.
At the workshop the attendees were looking for the answers for the following questions:
1)How to build up the competence of a teacher who works at the establishment of additional education?
2)How to check the skills of upper school children?
3)How to develop the skills of school children while conducting dancing projects?
4)How to form the skills of school children in arts and crafts?
