STATE METHODOLOGY MEETING OF TEACHERS WHO WORK AT THE ESTABLISHMENTS OF ADDITIONAL EDUCATIONS

Genius nature of pupils is known as a topical issue for secondary school teachers who have to determine creative pupils as early as possible, to enhance their talent and allow a talented pupil to be integrated into the modern society succesfully. With the aim to get to know more about the mentioned above issues a State methodology meeting of teachers who worked in the field of additional education was conducted at the premises of MSPU named after I.P.Shamyakin on November 15, 2018. The topic of the meeting was conceived as the following one: “Support of talented pupils through reveal and implementation of creative potential in traditional and applied art”.

During the plenary meeting the following prominent leaders of creative education were presented their reports:

Tamara Sidorevich, Head of the State Methodogy Unit, Methodology teacher of the highest rank at Educational Establishment “National Center for Creativity of Children”;

Lubov Klepchukova, Head of the Department for Sport and Tourism, Mozyr Executive Committee;

Valery Navnyko, Rector of MSPU named after I.P.Shamyakin, PhD in Physics and Mathematics, Associate Professor;

Olga Kazachenko, Director of State Educational Establishment “Mozyr Creativity Center for Children and Young people”;

Tatsiana Kukso and Irina Makerenkova commented on the fashion collection created by the school children and the students at MSPU named after I.P.Shamyakin.

Irina Karpovich, Master of Psychology, Head teacher, Chair of Pedagogics and Psychology.

After the presentation all the participants discussed the topic “Diagnostic equipment for reveal and development of artistic creativity” during a skype-conference conducted between MSPU named after I.P.Shamyakin and Ministry of Education of The Republic of Belarus (National Center for Art and Creativity).

Tatsiana Andrievskaya, Deputy Director for Academic and Methodology Work at State Educational Establishment “Mozyr Creativity Center for Children and Young people” presented a report on the topic “Social partnership in the field of additional education”.

After the plenary meeting all the participants got a chance to know more about the Academy of Innovations in Pedagogics held at the premises of MSPU named after I.P.Shamyakin; head – Helen Astreyko, PhD in Pedagogics, Associate professor. Moreover, Mrs Astreyko conducted a workshop on the topic “Effective strategies of teaching creative pupils”.

It was a great honour for MSPU named after I.P.Shamyakin to meet the teachers from all over the country and enhance their professional qualities in the field of additional education.
