MSPU STUDENTS AND TEACHERS MET REPRESENTATIVES FROM CSG HET NOORDIK (HOLLAND)

On October 24, 2018 MSPU students and teachers met the representatives from CSG HET NOORDIK. The aim of the meeting was to introduce the guests to methodology of foreign languages teaching and great depth of ideas discussed during the studies. Bachelor degree students showed the guests a theatrical sketch themed on “The painted veil”, a novel by W. Somerset Maugham. It was devoted to a tragic life of a woman who had destroyed the life of her husband who was deeply and truly in love with her. Being exemplified by the novel MSPU students discussed the problem of divorces in modern society and paid much attention to causes and consequences.
Among the guests from Holland English teachers and pupils from Secondary School 15 of Mozyr participated in the discussion. It was also a great chance for school children to feel unique atmosphere and wonderful immersiveness into the studies at the university.
As a part of negotiations it was stated that the colleagues from Holland offered to conduct an internship for 4 bachelor degree students from our university held at the premises of CSG Het Noordik with the aim to enhance their professionalism and act as English teachers.
