On April 05, 2017 the second working meeting was held at ACADEMY OF INNOVATIVE PEDAGOGICAL EXCELLENCE. This time the following representatives of Mozyr Center for Creativity and Kalinkovichi Center of Creativity attended the meeting: I.E. Litoshik, Head Kalinkovichi Center of Creativity, T.L. Andrievskaya, Head of Mozyr Center for Creativity, L.I. Dubilina, Deputy Head for Academic and Methodology work in Kalinkovichi.

Innovations are the most important factors that promote the development to the modern world. Ability to perform and accept innovations in various fields will determine the fates of individuals, organizations, nations, societies.

Innovation theory is a field of science which focuses on formation of innovations, amplification of innovations, reasons why there is antiperistasis for innovations. Changes are treated as the basis for innovations i.e. transition and remittance of the system from Position 1 to Position 2.

At the meeting Elena Astreyko, Associate professor, lectured on the working thesaurus for Innovation in Pedagogics i.e. innovation, innovation as a process, environment and diffusion of innovations, recipients of innovation, parameters to determine dynamics in innovation.

The check list consisted of the following questions:

1) What problems are solved in innovation?

2) What is the concept of Innovation in the XIX century?

3) How often is the concept “innovation” applied to?

4) What is the life cycle of Innovation?

5) How many stages are there in innovation?

At the end of the meeting the attendees of the course were requested to think about the reasons how System of Pedagogical studies could turn from Condition of Functioning to Condition of Development, to describe the meaning of “Innovation”.
