On March 18, 2016 Session of the Presidium of Belarusian Association of Student Sport was held at the premises of Educational Establishment “Mozyr State Pedagogical University named after I.P.Shamyakin”. Mikhail Zhuravkov, Minister of Education of the Republic of Belarus, Alexander Dubkovsky, Deputy Minister of Education of the Republic of Belarus, rectors and pro-rectors of Belarusian universities, heads and experts of Belarusian Association of Student Sport, representatives of State Center of Physical Education and Sport, Vladimir Shantarovich, Head coach of the National Rowing and Canoeing Team, Felix Galyuk, Deputy Chairman of Mozyr Executive Committee, Lubov Klepchukova, Head of Education, Sport and Tourism Department (Mozyr Executive Committee), Principals of Mozyr children’s and young person’s sports schools were invited to become distinguished guests and visited Mozyr with great pleasure.
The delegation visited Mozyr Rowing and Canoeing Training Base, sport schools and MSPU sport center and took part in the open session of the Presidium of Belarusian Association of Student Sport. Developing strategies of student sport in the establishments of Higher education, arrangement of Non-Olympic sports Student Fest were discussed.
