Inclusive Education and International Cooperation

In February 15 – 18, 2016 Irina ZhurlovaChair of Pedagogics, and Irina KarpovichChair of Practical Psychology and Defectology, completed an internship on “Train the trainer: Diagnostics of Encouragement” as a part of EU – Project “Initial and Further Training for Teachers and Education Managers with regard to Diversity”. The internship was held at the premises of Hildesheim University (Germany); participants from Belarus, Russia, Ukraine, Germany, Austria, Italy and Finland were invited.

 

Event listing was organized in a form of seminars-workshops and covered a wide range of topics. Participants showed what innovative techniques and training methods were used to upgrade the skills of academic staff members.

 

Within the frame of working visit guests and participants got a chance to attend the lectures of prominent scholars and got acquainted with their reports ( Olga Graumann – “Diagnostics of Encouragement”; Karolina Iller – “Teaching Techniques of Adults”; Ulf Algermissen – “Qualities of Teacher’s Professional Behaviour”) and author's developments (Andreas Yourme – “Train the trainer”; Yasmin Pip – “Methodological work shop”). Matters under discussion caught the interest of the experts, because they were devoted to psychological, pedagogical troubles and correctional methods of work.

In the course of negotiations representatives of Higher Educational Establishments and secondary schools (RF, FRG) were organized for further collaboration. In its turn MSPU representatives invited all to whom it might concern to participate in the conference (remote participation) “Formation of social care teachers and case workers’ professional competence: Problems, Tendencies, and Perspectives” (March 24, 2016, Mozyr)
