On the eve of the autumn holidays the pupils of the graduating classes of School No. 12 of Slutsk. Slutsk, School No. 2 of the town of Elsk and Borovikovskaya School No. 2 of the town of Yelsk. Yelsk and Borovikovskaya School of Svetlogorsk District were able to immerse themselves in the atmosphere of real student life.
Technology and Biology Department, among other departments of EE MSPU named after I.P. Shamyakin, hospitably opened its doors to the young guests. During the meeting with the students the dean of the Department of Technology and Biology E.V. Tikhonova told about the specialities, entrance tests.
During the excursion around the department the students were particularly interested in the exhibitions of creative works of students organised in the classrooms. The participants visited lectures, practical classes in classrooms, laboratories, where they got acquainted with the educational process, learnt about the educational, scientific and creative perspectives that are open to the students of the department, were able to ask questions to the management of the faculty, teachers, students.
